What does staging entail? In a nutshell, we rearrange your furniture and décor to leverage your home’s appeal to the greatest number of buyers. Our services often include decluttering, pre-packing personal items, repositioning furniture and accessories, and sometimes, renting or purchasing new items.

We offer a variety of staging packages, including:
- 90-Minute Walk & Talk - Are you a do-it-yourselfer? Our 90-minute consult can give you the strategies you need to stage your home effectively. Our professional will walk with you room by room, providing a “Buyer’s Eye” review and offering positive, informative recommendations. Fee: $125.00
- Hands-on Staging – You go to work as usual, and we’ll get to work in your absence. You’ll return to find a beautifully-staged home that’s photo and showing-ready. We offer half-day, whole-day, and two-day packages, covering specific rooms or the whole house. We’ll leave you with a punch list of additional recommendations, including the home’s exterior. Fee: starting at $200-$300 for a half-day staging.
- Special Services - We offer paint color consultations, organization and personal shopping services, whether buying or renting furniture or décor. We can also provide referrals to qualified local contractors, based on decades of family experience in the local real estate/property management market. Fee: per project.
